ProWheelBuilder wants everyone to be able to shop our store, design a custom wheel, and get help, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We check the site with automated accessibility testing and with keyboard-only navigation, and we fix problems as we find them.
In October 2026 we reviewed the site against WCAG 2.1 AA and are working through what we found, including keyboard focus visibility, color contrast, and form labels.
What to expect
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- The site is built to work with a keyboard, including menus, product options, and the Custom Wheel Builder.
- Product and page images have text descriptions.
- Form fields have labels, and pages can be zoomed in your browser.
Known limitations
- The 3D wheel preview in the Custom Wheel Builder is visual only. Every part it shows is also listed in text in your build summary.
- Checkout pages are provided by BigCommerce, the platform that runs our store, so some parts are outside our direct control.
- Some videos are hosted on YouTube, and some product details come from manufacturers. Captions and descriptions for that content depend on those sources.
