The TS-2.3 sits in the drawer we open every day. Park Tool design and manufacture it in Minnesota; ProWheelBuilder is an independent wheel builder in Georgia and a Park stockist, not the manufacturer.
What it does
Truing in the frame means measuring against brake pads that move. A stand gives you a fixed reference, which is the only way to chase the last tenth of a millimeter.

- The TS-2.3 is constructed from durable powder coated heavy-gauge steel and is manufactured, assembled and calibrated in St. Paul, Minnesota
- Features extra-tall uprights and wide calipers capable of accepting most wheels commonly found on Road, Mountain, BMX, and Hybrid bicycles, including wheels with disc brakes, aero rims, and oversized MTB tires
- Accepts wheels up to 29"+ (with or without tires), rim widths up to 4" and hub widths up to 200mm
- Spring loaded calipers and arm for accurate readings
- Can be mounted to a bench, in a vise, or to the 20-degree tilting TSB-2.2 molded base (with storage bins)

How we use it at ProWheelBuilder
Everything Park we stock is something we use ourselves. We would rather carry a short list we trust than a long one we have never opened. So if you are buying the TS-2.3 to build or maintain your own wheels and you are not certain it is right for the job, ask us. We would rather point you at the correct tool than sell you the wrong one twice.
Park's kit is the industry default largely because it is documented. Their repair guides reference these exact tools, and they keep making them.

Warranty
Park's warranty. Most Park Tool products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies are covered for one year. Normal wear, misuse and damage from improper use are excluded.
ProWheelBuilder. Our own one-year warranty is a wheel warranty - it covers wheels we build, not tools or accessories. This item is covered by its manufacturer, as set out above.

Do you ship tools on their own?
Tools ship alone, usually the same day the order lands.
Is this the right one for my wheels?
Tell us what you are working on and we will tell you straight. A truing stand has to fit the part exactly; the wrong size does damage rather than work.
