Please contact us before visiting. We are not always at the shop during business hours. In-person service and consultations are welcome — email or text first and we will set a time.
Sending Us Wheels / Parts for a Repair or Rebuild?
For wheel rebuilds:
Please place your order through our Custom Wheel Building Program. If you are sending us your own rim, hub, or other components, select the “Supply Own Parts” option when completing your build. Please include a printed copy of your order in the package with the parts you send us. This will also reserve your build spot.
For repairs:
Please include a note inside the package with your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and a detailed description of the problem or the work you would like us to perform.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and contact you if we have any questions or need additional information before proceeding.
