Park TS-4EB Hub-Drive Axle Adapter for TS-4, TS-4.2 and TS-4.3
Adapts the TS-4, TS-4.2, and TS-4.3 to accommodate hub-drive e-bike wheels with slotted axles.
The TS-4EB is part of the standard kit here rather than a catalog line we have never handled. Park Tool design and manufacture it in Minnesota; ProWheelBuilder is an independent wheel builder in Georgia and a Park stockist, not the manufacturer.
What it does
Truing in the frame means measuring against brake pads that move. A stand gives you a fixed reference, which is the only way to chase the last tenth of a millimeter.

Warranty
Park's warranty. Most Park Tool products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies are covered for one year. Normal wear, misuse and damage from improper use are excluded.
ProWheelBuilder. Our own one-year warranty is a wheel warranty - it covers wheels we build, not tools or accessories. This item is covered by its manufacturer, as set out above.

They do. A tool order is packed on its own and does not wait on anything else.
Is this the right one for my wheels?
Tell us what you are working on and we will tell you straight. A truing stand has to fit the part exactly; the wrong size does damage rather than work.
