Park TS-TA Thru Axle Adapter
This simple adapter installs onto any thru axle hub so the wheel can be used in any Park Tool truing stand.
The TS-TA sits in the drawer we open every day. Park Tool design and manufacture it in Minnesota; ProWheelBuilder is an independent wheel builder in Georgia and a Park stockist, not the manufacturer.
What it does
A truing stand is the bench every wheel we build passes over. Lateral and radial error get read against fixed indicators instead of against the brake pads, which is the difference between a wheel that looks straight on the bike and one that is straight.

How we use it at ProWheelBuilder
Our Park range is short on purpose: it is the kit a wheel shop actually needs, chosen from the bench rather than from a price list. So if you are buying the TS-TA to build or maintain your own wheels and you are not certain it is right for the job, ask us. We would rather point you at the correct tool than sell you the wrong one twice.
Park Tool has been in Minnesota since 1963, and their published repair procedures are written around their own tools — which is why most shop benches look broadly alike.

Warranty
Park's warranty. Most Park Tool products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies are covered for one year. Normal wear, misuse and damage from improper use are excluded.
ProWheelBuilder. Our own one-year warranty is a wheel warranty - it covers wheels we build, not tools or accessories. This item is covered by its manufacturer, as set out above.

Do you ship tools on their own?
They do. A tool order is packed on its own and does not wait on anything else.
Is this the right one for my wheels?
Tell us what you are working on and we will tell you straight. A truing stand has to fit the part exactly; the wrong size does damage rather than work.
