Wolf Tooth Mountain Boost Front ISO 6 Bolt Disc Hub
A 15x110mm Boost front hub for 6-bolt rotors and J-bend spokes, machined from 7075-T6 aluminum by Wolf Tooth in Minnesota and weighing 192 grams. It comes in Wolf Tooth's full anodized range - black, blue, gold, orange, red and ultraviolet purple - so it can match the cockpit parts many riders already run from the same company.
Sold on its own or laced into a front wheel in our Custom Wheel Program, built by hand in Georgia.
Design and construction
Big, round, equal flanges: 54.6mm across the spoke holes on both sides, set at 26.5mm from center on the rotor side and 39.5mm on the other. Equal diameters with that offset spacing are the classic recipe for a Boost front wheel that is stiff side to side under braking, which is where a mountain front wheel takes its hardest loads.
The spoke holes are 2.6mm, sized for the J-bend spokes a mountain wheel is usually built with, and the 6-bolt rotor face is machined into the shell.
How it rides
Stiff and planted. A 28-spoke Boost front on this flange geometry tracks well through rough corners, and at 192 grams it gives nothing away on weight for a trail or enduro build.
It is a front hub, so engagement is not a factor; what you feel is the wheel's stiffness and the bearings' smoothness, and Perfect Preload keeps the latter consistent without adjustment.

This listing
The 28-hole, 15x110mm Boost, 6-bolt front in six colors. Wolf Tooth also makes a 32-hole version and a straight-pull centerlock mountain hub; this listing is the J-bend 6-bolt hub our distributor stocks in 28 holes.
Its spec-sheet flange figures are loaded in our spoke calculator, so the lengths we quote match the hub on the bench.
Sizes, fit and compatibility
Fits 15x110mm Boost forks, the spacing most current trail, enduro and cross-country suspension forks use. It does not fit a 100mm-spaced fork. Rotors must be 6-bolt; spokes must be J-bend.
Our house J-bend spokes are Sapim: Race for strength, Laser or D-Light where weight matters. The matching rear is the Wolf Tooth Mountain Boost rear, in the same six colors.
Build a wheel around it
Offered for geared mountain and single speed mountain builds in our Custom Wheel Program. Start with the Wolf Tooth Mountain Boost Front ISO 6 Bolt Disc Hub and the configurator pins it for you, then checks each choice you make against it.
What Wolf Tooth says about testing
Wolf Tooth says its hub shells, machined in the USA, "have been thoroughly tested in the lab and in the field", and that the ENVE INNERDRIVE internals "have also undergone thorough testing in real world conditions, races and all types of weather". For a front hub the claim that applies is the one about the shells. Wolf Tooth does not publish bearing-life, salt-spray or ISO 4210 figures for these hubs.

Everything in this section is published by Wolf Tooth. ProWheelBuilder is the wheel builder, not the tester, and the hub reaches us as the maker ships it.
Building it at ProWheelBuilder
Wolf Tooth makes it; ProWheelBuilder, an independent wheel builder in Georgia, builds the wheel. Every spoke is cut to the measured ERD of the rim, tensioned in stages with a gauge, stress-relieved and trued before the wheel ships.
The configurator only offers 28-hole rims with this hub and strikes through anything else.
Warranty
Wolf Tooth's warranty. Wolf Tooth warrants its hubs against defects in material or workmanship for five years from purchase, to the original owner and with proof of purchase, repairing or replacing the defective parts at its discretion. Bearings, normal wear including fading of the anodized finish, routine maintenance and improper installation or use are not covered, and Wolf Tooth asks to be contacted before anything is returned.
ProWheelBuilder. Built into a wheel by us, this part is covered by our own one-year wheel warranty on top of the maker's. For a year we replace broken spokes whatever caused them, and we cover the labor on the wheel - truing, re-tensioning, a rebuild if it needs one. If a rim or hub fails and its maker covers it, we run that claim for you; if the maker says no, you get an eligible replacement rim or hub at 25% off retail. You pay the shipping each way. Wheels built from parts you send us are excluded.

Mountain Boost Front ISO 6 Bolt Disc Hub questions
Will it fit my fork?
If the fork is 15x110mm Boost, yes. Older 15x100mm and 20mm forks need a different hub.
Centerlock rotors?
This is the 6-bolt version. Wolf Tooth makes a straight-pull centerlock mountain hub separately; text us if you want one.
Is there a 32-hole version?
Wolf Tooth makes one; our distributor stocks the 28-hole, which is what we list.
Can I match it to my other Wolf Tooth parts?
That is what the six colors are for - the anodizing matches Wolf Tooth's own color range.
Can I service it myself?
Yes. Wolf Tooth backs its hubs with Right to Repair: replacement parts and service guides are published.
